CASSYANNE WOODS

Cassyanne was born in Alice Springs in 1996 and grew up in Kanpi, South Australia. She began painting at a young age, mentored by her grandmother, esteemed artist Maringka Baker, who encouraged her creative journey.

Cassyanne paints stories passed down through generations - her grandmother's story of Minyma Kutjara, the Two Women travelling story, is a central theme in her work.
