Mother Sun is a heartfelt tribute to the radiant power of the sun, the nurturing spirit of the feminine and Jasmine’s connection with her mother. Raised by her mother, Jasmine draws parallel between the ever present - the day, filled by the warm sun with feminine energy.
Together with Father Moon, these works honour the sacred duality of parenthood. The moon and sun - night and day, father and mother, orbit around us, sustaining life and shaping who we are. In this cosmic dance, we are the Earth - embodying both day and night, equal in presence, equal in purpose.
